Good Morning Everyone, 
It's the first Saturday of the month and that means a brand new challenge over on the Penny Black Saturday Challenge Blog. The theme this month is ....

ANYTHING GOES

(Option : 'Make your own background')

I have used a very cute Penny Black stamp called 'Snowy' for today's card. I've had my eye on this stamp for a while, I think he might just be popping up a few times before Christmas!

Our optional theme at this months Penny Black Saturday challenge is to make your own background. Well I'm no good at all that inky stuff so I just embossed a piece of white card using a Dovecraft snowflake folder and wiped it over with chalk.

I've coloured Snowy with promarkers and paper pieced his hat and scarf. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley.

Giselle the Fairy - Whimsy

Hello Everyone, 
Well it was back to work this week, the lovely Easter break is over, and I finally got this card finished for my Mum's birthday. She loves fairies and I hadn't had the chance to use this stamp before.  This is a gorgeous stamp from Whimsy called 'Giselle the Fairy'.

I've coloured her with promarkers and added lots of glitter to her fairy wings.  the background papers are Lemoncraft - tiny Miracles. I've used my new Hunkydory Moonstone fabulous flowers die again...top of my favourite list! The sentiment tags are from Lili of the Valley.

Time Flies - Lili of the Valley DT

Good Morning Everyone, 
I managed to get a little bit of time to have a crafty play! I headed straight for my Lili of the Valley stamps and pulled out this cute little fairy, called 'Time Flies'. I've used the rubber stamp version for my card which is no longer available but she is available as a digi stamp and you can find her here.....Time Flies.

I've coloured her with promarkers and added lots of glitter to her fairy wings and the flower head.The background papers are a discontinued pad from Lili of the Valley - Heartfelt.
I've used my new favourite flower die from Hunkydory -Moonstone die Fabulous Flowers. I love this die so you may see quite a bit of it! I've also added a CC Designs Mushroom border die and a Marianne Creatables fence die. The sentiment stamp is from Lili of the Valley.

As You Like It - Flowers or Ribbon : This was a hard one as I love die cut flowers and I love ribbon but.... I nearly always put a ribbon bow on my cards, even the cas ones so I guess I'm a ribbon girl!.

Love Bug!

Good Morning Everyone, 
We've had a really busy Easter break so far. Visit to the in-laws, a day trip to Bridlington and yesterday we spent a fabulous day at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. I'm not getting much time to craft though!
Here's a little card I made over the last 2 weeks! I've used a Di's Digi Stamp image called 'Love Bug'.

I've coloured her with promarkers and paper pieced her hat and dress. The background papers are from First Edition - New Blooms. I've used a die namics fence die and a punch for the little flowers and a Creative Expressions flower die. The sentiment tags are from Lili of the Valley.

An oldie but a Goodie!

Good Morning Everyone, 
I have a card to share today that I made for a friend who is starting a new job next week. I used a fabulous image from DigiStamp Boutique. I do miss Sally-Ann's work. This was 'Party Zara'.

I've coloured her with promarkers and the background papers are from Nit Wits - Promises. I've used a Die Namics flower die and a computer generated sentiment.

Easter Cuties - Lili of the Valley DT

Good Morning Everyone, 
Well the Easter holidays have started with a lot of cricket! Emma played in 2 matches on Sunday for East Yorkshire, starting the season with 2 wins! Practice last night for Lady Taverners...club coaching at the weekend...oh yes and she wants to join another girls team!
Anyway onto cards......today's card uses one of the images from the Easter Cuties Set by Lili of the Valley.

I've coloured them with promarkers and the background papers are from The Works.

I've used a tonic border punch and die namics trio die.

Jasmine Phone - Lili of the Valley DT

Good Morning Everyone, 
It's the last day of school today...2 weeks off for Easter. Tom and Emma are off too and....cricket starts! Emma has her first match on Sunday so that's the end of my crafty time!
Anyway I have managed a quick card with Jasmine from Lili of the Valley, made for one of my daughter's friends.
I have used the rubber stamp for this card.
