If friends were Flowers

Good morning Everyone, 
I've made today's card for the Lili of the Valley Birthday Card Competition to celebrate their 9th birthday. I've used a LOTV stamp called 'If friends were flowers'

I've coloured the image with my promarkers. The background papers are Bonnets and Bowties also from LOTV.

I've used a Joy! crafts swirl die, a MB cherry blossom die and a Martha Stewart punch fro the little butterflies.
The ribbon and pearls are from my stash.

I finished off with a computer generated sentiment, that I stamped over with the clear LOTV tag stamp.

I hope You have had a lovely weekend. It's just a quickie today!! The kids are back to school and I'm just not organised!!

Crystal Flakes

Good Morning everyone, 
I can't believe the school half term is nearly over. It's gone so quick!
My card today is using a little cute from Sugar Nellie called 'Crystal Flakes'. This was a pressie from my Hubby at Christmas.

I've coloured her with my promarkers. The background papers are from Dovecraft.

I've added lots of glitter to her wings, and the snowflakes and liquid pearls to the image.
The trees, snowflakes and fence are all Marianne Creatables dies. The ribbon and gems are from my stash.

Never too Old for a Hug!

Hello Everyone, 
I've had a very busy day today getting ready for my Son's birthday tomorrow. I can't believe he will be 8 yrs old already!! He had a party with all his school friends last week, so tomorrow is more of a family day. The cake is made and just needs icing and I still have to wrap his pressies!

So it's just a quick card to share with you today. I've used a LOTV stamp called 'Never too Old for a Hug'. I've coloured her with my promarkers. I added lots of glitter to her fairy wings and some liquid pearls to her headband.

The swirl die is from Joy!crafts and the flowers are a Memory Box die. The backing papers are from Nit Wits.

I've added pearls to the centre of the flowers and some ribbon from my stash.

Wedding Swing at Di's Digi Designs Challenge

It's the weekend, and the start of half term for the kids...no school for a week! yay!!

Over the Threshold

I was really struggling with all my DT work yesterday as Mr Mojo decided to take a break so I put it all to one side and made a card just for fun instead! Here it is...

Black and White at Joanna Sheen

Good Morning Everyone, 
I hope you are all having a lovely weekend. We have a brand new challenge starting over at the Joanna Sheen Challenge blog today, and the theme this time is.....

                                         BLACK AND WHITE

I've used a Joanna Sheen rubber stamp set called Back to Nature (JS364) which you can find HERE. 

I have to admit I found this challenge just a little bit scary as there's not a promarker in sight!! Once I got going, I really enjoyed it!

The photo's aren't very clear, but I stamped the butterfly and bees and the cut them out, then bent their wings back a little!

I used Black pearl card edged with a Magnoilia lace die and A MB tessatina die for the lattice work. The ribbon and beads are from my stash.

There is a £15 Joanna Sheen voucher for one lucky winner.
