I've been asked to be GDT over at Allsorts Challenge this week. The theme is ...

Embossing : Dry or Wet

(Option - Anything Goes)

I've used a lovely digital stamp from Lili of the Valley for my card. This is 'The Happy Couple'.

I've coloured them with promarkers and copics and added lots of liquid pearls to her dress. I'm not very good at 'wet' embossing so I've used a very pretty embossing folder from crafts Too to create my background. I've used Creative Expressions peony dies with pearls for the centres.

The sponsor for this challenge is the fabulous Lisa Horton, a rambling woodgrain rose embossing folder and co-ordinating stencil.

The Happy Couple - Lili of the Valley DT

Good evening everyone, 

Have you seen all the gorgeous new images from Lili of the Valley as part of their 18th birthday celebrations? There are some beautiful wedding stamps - This is 'The Happy Couple'. 

All the DT have made a card with this image, and it's wonderful to see how differently everyone uses it.

I've coloured them with promarkers and copics, and added lots of liquid pearls to the lace on her dress. I've used a Hunkydory moonstone scalloped oval die, a Creative Expressions peony die, a little piece of pretty lace and a sentiment stamp from Lili of the Valley.

Over the Threshold - Lili of the Valley

Good Morning Everyone, 

It's already time for another challenge at As You Like It. This fortnight the theme is.....

Friendship or Love

(Don't forget to tell us why!)

I've opted for friendship. A friend's daughter was getting married but (due to circumstances and lockdown) had to bring the wedding forward. My friend had just 1 week to get organised, (she was already making her 'mother of the bride' outfit) so I offered to make the card for her..one less job for her to worry about.

I've used 'Over the Threshold' from Lili of the Valley for my card. 

I've coloured them with promarkers and the background papers are from Crafts and You Designs - My Wedding and First Edition - Mariposa

I've used a daisy punch and added pearls to the centre of each flower. I've used a Creative Expression peony die  which I also added to the matching box.

Weddings at a Passion for Promarkers

Good Morning Everyone, 
It's time for a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers and this week the theme is...
                                            WEDDINGS
I've used 'Over the Threshold' from Lili of the Valley for todays card. This was an order for a friend whose daughter was getting married.
I've coloured them with promarkers and added a few liquid pearls. The background papers are from my favourite pad from Lili of the Valley - Always and Forever. The stripy paper is from Craft Creations.

This is an 8" card so I also needed to make a box to put it in!

Wedding Swing at Di's Digi Designs Challenge

Good Morning Everyone, 
It's the weekend, and the start of half term for the kids...no school for a week! yay!! 

We have a brand new challenge starting at Di's Digi Designs Challenge today, and the theme is.....
                                                         LACE AND PEARLS

I've used  'Wedding Swing' for today's card which you can find HERE. I have to admit as soon as I see the word LACE on a card I completely freak out...I don't do lace!! Anyway after a trip into town I found some very fine gathered lace, just enough to add to an edge!! 

I've coloured them with my promarkers, and the background papers are from K & Company. 

I've used a  MB Cherry blossom die and a  MB precious hearts die. The sentiment tags are from Lili of teh Valley. The ribbon and pearls from my stash.

Over the Threshold

Good Morning Everyone, 
I was really struggling with all my DT work yesterday as Mr Mojo decided to take a break so I put it all to one side and made a card just for fun instead! Here it is...

The stamp is called 'Over the Threshold' from Lili of the Valley. Aren't they sweet? I've coloured them with my promarkers. The papers are from Nitwits and I've used a MB tessatina die to make the background.

The flowers are  MB cherry blossom die and I've used Ribbon and pearls from my stash. Oh, and I just had to add those MB precious hearts too!
