Dreams and Wishes
Good Morning Everyone
It's time for another challenge at As You Like It. This fortnight our theme is...
I've used an old rubber stamp - 'Dreams and Wishes' from Sugar Nellie for today's card.
I love both digital and rubber stamps but when push comes to shove I do prefer a rubber stamp. It's so good to be able to do a bit of crafting with out putting the computer on!
This is an older stamp from Sugar Nellie - I'm always happy to stamp up a fairy! I've coloured her with promarkers and added lots of glitter to her fairy wings. I've added my favourite mushroom border die from CC designs, and Hunkydory Moonstone flowers. The papers are from Anna Marie Designs.
We are sponsored by the fabulous Dies to Die For
I'd like to enter the following challenges :-
Penny Black and More - Favourite Stamp
Cutie Pie Challenge - Layer It Up
Thanks for taking the time to visit my little blog and for all your comments and encouragement.

Racing By - As You Like It DT
Good Morning Everyone,
I hope you are all well and keeping safe.
I can't believe it's been two weeks since the last challenge at As You Like It..and here we are again ready for another one! This week the theme is....
I enjoy creating scenes for some stamps. I find colouring sky quite difficult so I prefer to build a scene up using lots of different dies.
So, for today's card I have used 'Racing By' from Lili of the Valley
I've coloured him with promarkers and the background papers are from Craft Creations. To create the background scene I've used a Creative Expressions winter trees die, a Die-namics picket fence die, A Creative Expressions grass die, Memory Box Puffy Clouds die and a Lawn Fawn sun die.
The sentiment stamp is from Lili of the Valley - Simply Sophisticated. I used a Tim Holtz paper distressing tool on the edges of the card.
I'd like to enter the following challenges:-
Simon Says Stamp - Masculine
Creative Inspirations - Lets hear it for the Boys
Digi Choosday - Anything Goes
I Love Promarkers - Anything Goes
Cute Card Thursday - Anything Goes

Polar Bear and Penguin
Good Morning Everyone,
I think my crafty time has come to an end...it's back to work for me this morning.
I know it's been a very strange time and the uncertainty of what's happening is so stressful. I've had good days and bad days but on the positive side - I have absolutely loved having the extra time with Tom and Emma. We've done schoolwork, baked cakes, grown bedding plants, sunflowers and tomato plants, artwork, sewing, and lots of walks. I miss my family (my Mum and Dad), and all the things we do but it has been great to have the time to be with my kids.
Anyway...card time... This is 'Polar Bear and Penguin' from Lee Holland.
I've coloured them with promarkers and the background papers are from Lili of the Valley - Frosty Christmas. I've used Spellbinders snowflake dies and a Marianne Creatables icicle die. The sentiment stamp is from Lili of the Valley.
I'd like to enter the following challenges:-
Christmas with the Cuties - Anything Goes with ribbon and bows
Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas - Anything Goes(Option include a bear)
Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes
Fab n Funky - Christmas
I wonder if I can get through the day when I can't get to the biscuit tin...... Thanks for taking the time to visit my little blog today and for all your comments and encouragement.
